Masturbation is harmless to body, some people have side effects due to  regular masturbation in short time interval. 
Side effects like:
  Shrinkage of penis 
 Swelling in penis ( edema)
 Weakness
 Fatigue
 Premature ejaculation
 Night fall

But this side effects usually disappear after sometime.

Health benefits of mastrubation?

Many studies show that masturbation is help to stress and tension, mastrubation have physical and mental health benefits. Research show that masturbation help to reduce

It's totally a myth that masturbation effect memory and kidney. There is no scientific evidence that it effect kidney. Their is no relationship between mastrubation and kidney.
Mastrubation is harmless.
So it's totally a myth and feel free to mastrubate but do not over do it.
